Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you use BDR Team on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

2. The service

BDR Team provides AI-assisted outbound: account research, message generation, sending through mailboxes you connect, reply routing, and analytics. We provide the tooling; you are responsible for the content sent and for compliance with anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR e-privacy) in the jurisdictions you target.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing outreach.
• No purchased or scraped lists that violate the source’s terms.
• Honor unsubscribe requests; the platform enforces a suppression list.
• No attempts to bypass tenancy isolation, rate limits, or security controls.

4. Trials & billing

Trials run 14 days with no card. Paid plans (when enabled) bill monthly; you may cancel any time and retain access through the period.

5. Data

You own your data. We process it per our Privacy Policy and DPA. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
